About Our Cancellation PolicyFor No More Stage Fright Connecticut-based Workshops:Payment is required at time of registration, although your credit card is not charged until we have full enrollment for the workshop. Credit card payments or checks are accepted. Rescheduling and refund requests will be honored within the following time frames (less an administrative fee):Up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop: For the last two weeks prior to the workshop: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop will be charged at half the tuition rate. There is no refund or credit for "no-shows" the day of the workshop. Please note that if you cannot attend the scheduled workshop and can find a replacement to take your place, there will be no administrative charge for the replacement . Rescheduling must take place within six months after date of issue.For In The SpotLight Connecticut-based One-Day Refresher Course and Personal Best Course:Payment is required at time of registration, although your credit card is not charged until we have full enrollment for the course. Credit card payments or checks are accepted. Rescheduling must take place within six months after date of issue.For No More Stage Fright Workshops held at all locations outside of Connecticut:Our cancellation policy for workshops held outside of Connecticut is based on the guarantees required of In The SpotLight by the hotels the event is being held at and the higher costs associated with these workshops at other locations: Payment is required at time of registration, although your credit card is not charged until we have full enrollment for the workshop. Credit card payments or checks are accepted. Rescheduling and refund requests will be honored up to six weeks prior to out-of-state workshops (less an administrative fee):$75 administrative fee for rescheduling requests No rescheduling or cancellation refunds are issued for cancellation within the six weeks prior to the workshop. Please note that if you cannot attend the scheduled workshop and can find a replacement to take your place, there will be no administrative charge for the replacement. For Consultations and Coaching:It is requested that you give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep an appointment time that you have set up with Janet (or with Janet and John if you are doing Personal Best Private Coaching). Please note that there is a late cancel charge of $50 for cancellations less than 24 hours. |
