About Our Privacy Policy
In The SpotLight is committed to maintaining your privacy. Here is our policy:
All information that you provide in signing up for our e-mail list, completing the online survey, registering for any workshops or classes, signing up for a consultation or coaching session, or ordering a book or CD is kept strictly confidential. This information is only seen by Janet Esposito or an ITS staff member who works directly with Janet.
Any information that you provide for us is strictly protected and will never be released to anyone outside of the ITS organization. We never rent or sell our e-mail list to any other organization or entity.
Your credit card information is protected through the use of a secure server. We keep your credit card information in a locked file cabinet and it is not accessed by anyone other than Janet's assistant, who processes the charge card fees. In the case of ongoing coaching sessions, we keep your information on file and charge your credit card for the coaching fees after each session unless you have made other arrangements with us.
