New Program: Group Teleclasses and Individual Coaching

This new program combines the best of group and individual sessions to support your progress throughout the year. The group teleclasses will allow you to connect with others who share the same challenges as you do, practice speaking or performing in a group setting (as time allows, depending upon group size), and receive the ongoing support of group camaraderie along with our guidance and coaching to group members. The program also offers you monthly individual coaching time to complement the group interaction, where you can focus more deeply on your own specific individual needs and goals, as well as having a time to assess your ongoing progress.

The program will offer a one hour group teleclass and a 20-minute individual coaching session once a month. The initial commitment is for four months and you can renew your commitment at that time for another four months at a time. You will receive a questionnaire at the beginning of the program regarding your needs and goals for both the group and individual sessions, followed by a questionnaire at the end of the four-month period to assess your progress and further goals. The structure of this program will help you actively work on your speaking or performing challenges in a focused way and encourage you to be more accountable in taking actions that will lead to significant progress on your goals during the course of the year.

Janet and John Brady are planning to hold the group teleclasses on the last Monday of the month from 8-9 p.m. Eastern Time, (although we would like to hear from you if that time is not good for you as we may consider another time frame based upon peoples’ schedules and bridge line availability). The individual sessions can be scheduled more flexibly and will be done once you register for the program. The fee for the four-month program is $375.
