Janet leads you through a series of exercises, including a guided relaxation and healing meditation exercise; an exercise to help you desensitize to the feelings and sensations of fear; a positive visualization and self-affirmation exercise; and a coaching segment. All of these exercises will help you to create a relaxed, confident, and empowered state of mind, body, and spirit as you think about and approach any speaking or performing challenge.
Janet has teamed up with her colleague, Diane Bahr-Groth, C.Hy., who specializes in the area of self-hypnosis.
